      • How to Request a Return

        Step 2: Select Item to Return

        Choose the item and click "Request Return"


        Step 3: Specify Return Reason

        Select reason (wrong size, defective, color mismatch, etc.) and add notes


        Step 4: Confirm Request

        Your request will be reviewed and responded to within 24-48 hours


        Return Shipping & Delivery

             
        • For defective items or wrong products, we cover all shipping costs

        • For size/color exchange or personal preference returns, customer bears shipping costs

        • A courier will be sent to collect the item from your address

        • Please fold items carefully and pack securely in original packaging
